Whoa.
Being the most followed real estate brand in the world combined with his 10-season television show carrying 25-30 million viewers per episode, he and his team move fast and innovate faster. SERHANT. needed the right development and integration partnership to keep it all sane and growing. The real estate side of the business needed agile marketing integrations for a massive subscribership as well as flexibly scalable website solutions for notable homes & buildings, and the Ventures side of the business needed complex marketing automations/integrations to help them scale their product reach worldwide with full leveraging of cutting-edge software solutions but without needing to hire a ton of staff internally to manage it all.
Our Role and Involvement
Beginning with helping to digitize, automate, integrate, and launch Sell it Like Serhant: The Course, we performed critical daily functions that helped bridge them to the point of hiring internal staff members. This included instrumental custom work building out their learning management system, CRM & marketing platform, innovative solutions to track and encourage course completion, payment and membership tier structuring, and analytics. We built custom Integromat scenarios to support single-property and new development website marketing integrations, custom CRM workflows, ClickFunnels, and virtualized servers for hosting large datasets displayed to the public via React.js, three.js, Here, and more.
Sell it Like Serhant: The Course has generated nearly 5 million dollars in sales in 108 countries, since Q3 ‘19. Following the course’s growth to the point of staffing itself, we have continued to provide virtual Chief Technology Officer services to both the real estate and the Ventures sides of the business to aid day-to-day technology decisions at large, architect and project manage development of their custom software platform ADX Labs, and provide on-demand web development services for single-property and new development websites.
